The simulation room has been developed to provide a realistic clinical bedside area with oxygen, suction outlets and emergency call systems . To create a high fidelity simulation environment, the room has been setup with a SimMan essential manikin which is operated from a central control room. The room is fitted with roof cameras and sound recording hardware for video playback or live streaming into the tutorial rooms. The simulation room has access to teleconferencing allowing access to external education providers.
