Practice IV cannulation and art stabs using part-task trainers. Consultants and experienced clinicians will be on hand to answer questions and, if needed, help with skills. Places are limited to 8 to ensure intensive hands-on practice.
The mock ward area consists of two rooms, each with 4 hospital beds or the rooms can be joined to make one large ward area. This area provides a realistic hospital ward bay environment for simulation learning. The mock wards have roof cameras and sound recording hardware for video playback or live streaming into the tutorial rooms.
